Platform Usage for Members

1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the cuci online betting platform, accessible via the cuci.onl website and the cuci mobile app ("Platform"). The Platform is operated and owned by cuci ("we", "us", "the company").

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the cuci Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the cuci Platform.

Cuci reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications or email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the cuci Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Being an individual — not a corporate entity, bot, or automated system.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not an individual who has been banned from using gambling platforms by law or court order.
• Ensuring your use of the Platform does not conflict with any laws or regulations applicable to you based on your jurisdiction of residence.

Cuci reserves the right to reject registration applications or close existing accounts if eligibility requirements are found to be unmet, without any obligation to provide reasons for such rejection.

3Registration & Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) cuci account. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

You are fully responsible for:

• Ensuring all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
• Notifying cuci immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• All activity occurring under your account, whether known or unknown.

Cuci will not be held responsible for any losses arising from your negligence in safeguarding your account login credentials.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions on the cuci Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, FPX (online banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and accepted debit/credit cards.

Regarding deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform and may vary depending on the selected payment method.
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting activities on the cuci Platform.
• Cuci is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party systems such as banks or digital wallet providers.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are only processed to an account or payment instrument registered in the same member's name — no third-party withdrawals are permitted.
• Full KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Cuci reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for verification purposes for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount.
• Withdrawal processing times are as stated in the platform's help section and are subject to the operating hours of the respective payment method.

5Bonus & Promotions

Cuci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer.

• Rollover requirements (wagering requirements) must be fulfilled before wins from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are only valid within the specified time period. Expired bonuses will not be extended.
• Cuci reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses — is strictly prohibited.
• Cuci reserves the right to withhold bonus awards or void wins resulting from bonus usage that violates the terms.

If there is a conflict between the general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall apply to the relevant offer.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

Each type of game and betting available on the cuci Platform has specific rules accessible in the help section or the relevant game information page. The general rules that apply are as follows:

• All game results generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or game provider system are final and cannot be disputed.
• Sports betting results are based on the actual match outcome. For bets placed in-play, the applicable odds are those confirmed by the system at the time the bet is accepted.
• Cuci reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a technical error, odds error, or exceptional circumstances affecting the integrity of the game.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are as displayed in the respective game or betting interface.

7Prohibited Activities

Cuci members are strictly prohibited from:

• Using bots, automated software, scripts, or other technical means to interact with the cuci Platform.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the infrastructure or security of the Platform.
• Manipulating games or odds through collusion with other members or third parties.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of fraud or bonus abuse.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the cuci Platform to the public.

8Account Security

Cuci implements various security measures to protect member accounts. However, you also play an important role in keeping your own account secure.

• Use a strong, unique password — do not reuse passwords from other platforms or services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your cuci account settings.
• Do not log in to your cuci account over unsecured public WiFi connections.
• Always log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.

Cuci will never ask for your account password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, please report it to the cuci support team immediately.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Closed by member: You may request closure of your cuci account at any time by contacting the support team. All eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once compliance requirements are met.

Closed by cuci: cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if:

• There is suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• The member has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Information provided during registration was found to be false or misleading.
• The account is found to be used by an individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements.

In the event of account closure due to fraud or breach of these Terms, cuci reserves the right to withhold all balances remaining in the account.

10Limitation of Liability

Cuci shall not be liable under any circumstances for:

• Losses arising from your own negligence in maintaining account security.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond cuci's control, including internet outages, device issues, or natural disasters.
• Wagering results that have been finalized by the system.
• Indirect, consequential, or anticipated loss of profits.

Cuci's total liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

11Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information collected during registration and use of the cuci Platform is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree that cuci may use your information for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and compliance with KYC requirements and anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
• Processing financial transactions and maintaining accounts.
• Communications related to services, promotions, and platform updates.
• Analytics for platform improvement and user experience enhancement.

12Responsible Gaming

Cuci is committed to promoting healthy and responsible betting habits. The cuci Platform provides the following tools to help members stay in control:

• Daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits — set your own limit on how much you can deposit within a specified period.
• Loss limits — set a maximum limit on how much you can lose within a defined period.
• Self-exclusion (cooling-off) — take a break from the platform for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion — apply to be blocked from accessing the platform for an extended period.

13Terms Amendment

Cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via:

• In-platform notifications to all logged-in members.
• Email to the registered email address on the member's account.
• Update the "Updated" date at the top of this Terms document.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the cuci Platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14Applicable Laws

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the cuci Platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings are initiated.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law, that provision will be appropriately modified or removed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
